Went to the Kroger fresh fare before the white death hit last week, we picked up a pound of ground sirloin and ground chuck. David made sirloin burgers the other night, and we added chipotle tomatoes to them.

I definitely prefer ground sirloin to ground chuck. The ground chuck burgers fall apart and are difficult to make with a modified smash burger technique. I had my cheeseburger with a double trouble IPA from founders.
