I enjoy having co-workers who like to cook:

Christi brought in some Praline Crunch she had made on Friday.

Praline Crunch:
1 16oz. Box of oatmeal squares (it's Quaker Oatmeal brand, blue box)
2 cups of pecan halves
Glaze:
1/2 cup of light corn syrup
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/4 cup of butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Mix first 3 ingred. And put in microwave for 1min.
And 30 sec.; take out, mix altogether and put back in microwave until bubbling, about 1 minute.

Add next 2 ingred. and whisk together; In a large mixing bowl add the cereal, pecans and glaze and mix altogether.

Pour into a 13x9 pan and bake at 250 for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes; after baking is done, pour onto large cookie sheet and let cool; when cool, break off into delicious, irresistable pieces.
